What's your ideal name for your children?

I would name my first child:Boy:Angus

Girl:April

I know some of you parents would have had a different name for your children if it was your own decision,and your decision alone.It would be really nice if I can have honest and serious replies only.What name would you have picked,for boy and girl??

Probably a normal traditional name like Michael or Joseph for a boy. Maybe Vincent or Anthony (all common names among Italian-Americans). Not sure for a girl.

Rene Dupree?

Dupree was my paternal grandmothers maiden name and is my fathers middle name. Renee is my sisters middle name.

Boy: Thomas (after my grandfather) or Wesley (after my father)
We have ruled out my husband's names because he was already named after his father. lol We don't want to spread that curse any further.

Girl: Alice or Rita
No reason in particular. We just like these names.

I want a daughter named Violet, not too keen on having a boy so I haven't really thought about a name.

Considering it would have to be a name that both the Dutch and the Portuguese families could pronounce and not to give preference to either it would probably be Logan for a boy and Emma for a girl. Not terribly unique, but we like them =)

Well, if I ever have kids (I definitely know at most I want no more than 2 or 3) girls I'm thinking something like Jenny, or Autumn, Emerald, Serenity, Sky.

Boys: Jeffrey, Jack, Christopher, Alex (Though Alex can apply for girl too, like Alexis.)

If I get my two child like I really wish, I'll call the boy Jay and the girl Lauren. I have other names that interest me like Karl, Ashley, Ray, Rob, Jennifer.

Boy: Jason, Jack, Sean or Nico (in honour of my gramps named Nicolas)

Girl: Juliet, Sophia, katarina (in honour of my granny named kitty) or lissa/lissandra
