Okay I can't stand it any longer I haven't seen this movie since I was little and I can't remember the name of it I also can't remember any of the actors/actresses names. This movie is about this man that works for the post office (USPS) I don't remember the exact plot but I'll recall what I can, anyways this man opens other peoples mail and there is a woman and kid they live happily ever after in the ending, the man eventually gets arrested for opening other peoples mail but there is a big protest and they magically decide to ignore the law and let him go and he the boy and woman all live happily ever after, the end. It's a 90s movie I remember the production quality it was done sometime in the 90s and a LOT of mail and it's centered around the postal system I have a feeling that this movie will be easily recognizable since their is very few mail movies, I'm dying to see this movie again please help. I'm a 90s kid and this is one of my childhood favorites I used to have it on VHS but it's been long since lost.

I promise I'm not drunk lol this is just as much as I can remember about the movie, what is this movie called?

I can't even believe I know this, but it's Dear God with Greg Kinnear.

An actual studio executive green lit this p.o.s.

When you're a former manager of a mom-and-pop video store, you eventually become a treasure trove of pointless information like this. Nothing spells box office gold like the one-two punch of compelling subject matter such as dead letters, and the bankable star power of Greg Kinnear.
