What is the biggest thing you regret in your life so far?

^ What the title says.

.. I'm not that old really, i'd say the worst was taking 2 years of school to play video games.. I'm still a grade ahead though, so it's all good..

I can't think of anything i majorly regrett. I guess i wish I learned to be a better student when I was still in highschool. These days studying on my own in the adult world without having my hand held by teachers is just too hard and I'm a failure. :(

slacking in high school. i guess.

-Not going to college these past two years because I didn't want to take a loan.

-Letting anxiety rule my life untill last year.

-Breaking up with my only GF back in 6-7th grade as I was just immature. She seems to be perfect for me and now that I am talking to her again I am working on correcting that mistake.

Getting married to a *****. I'm glad she's gone now, but those 5 years were a total waste.

Smoking and drinking probably...but full regret wont kick in unless or until it puts me in a hospital bed. So until then I have a nagging little thing about not living to my potential at times. But life is pretty good so...cant complain too much atm.

If you want to count the time it took me to get over the marriage/divorce, it's more like 8 years.

- Not being socially awkward for most of my life (actually i'm still working on this lol)

I wouldn't say any 1 thing has been a regret.

I wish I had kept in touch w/ people, and been more aggressive w/ things. Sadly if I had done that things it probably wouldn't of lead me to this path, and I like this path.

Also I wish spent more time abroad in college... there's nothing like spending a semester in another country.

I can relate to that. My marriage lasted -almost- five years... technically we are still married cause he is dragging his feet with the paperwork, sayin he lost it n all that bs, so its actually almost 6 years now... if you want to be technical. But yea, the only good thing that came out of him were my two baby girls, and it is hell raising them on my own, but I wouldnt trade them for anything.

I'm lucky I didn't have any kids. Seeing as how she and I are in different countries now and all. That would have sucked.

Not taking school serious from grade 1-6. I feel behind on some things but I'm a fast learner and smart.

It's because of the situation I was going through at home and it affected my school work. I probably only did like 10 homework assignments a year.

Well its nothing that I have done, but i wish I found/was introduced to metal/playing the guitar in early high school it would have made my teenage years allot more enjoyable.

Being very socially akward for 14 years.

Either when I was a shoplifter (Never got caught, but I'm still ashamed), or right now, trying to overcome my computer addiction for the 3rd time.QWERTYCommander

but I really do like being by myself most of the time
