distilled water
not sure it is the best though, you are probably better with mineral water, but it is the purest.

Tap water from around here. It's actually cleaner than some bottled brands.Ace6301A lot of the bottled brands are purposefully un-pure as they're from hard mineral springs

Yeah...try actually reading buddy.
[QUOTE="SirDigby84"]Tap water, nothing beats it.curonoSpecially from the shower. DAMN THAT WATER IS TASTYDepending on where you live, it can be true. Back in CO, there is fresh mountain water right out of the tap. Here in CA the water is putrid, loaded with bad minerals (super hard water) and flooded with fluoride.
When i was a kid i use to drink the bath water.....after i had bathed in it. Soap suds and everything. Additives included.
I figure after that there is nowhere to go but up so i find my tap water to be more than sufficient.
Los Angeles tap water filtered through a Brita filter for taste is better than any bottled water I have had...and the purity standards are higher. Couldn't do that when I lived in Santa Barbara though as their water is quite...contaminated.
My guess would be water coming straight from a spring not bottled. Go up into the hills and get some.
