Becuase of my kidney issues and what i've learned about the effects of energy drinks on the body i'm going to say that no energy drink is the best. However, i will say that when i did drink them, i would only drink Red BullJstew32

Same stuff as what red bull or V has except a little bit of vodka ;).. well maybe not a little bit.. 7% alc vol and you only need like 3 or 4 of them and your gone.. so i guess it aint really an energy drink but it is classed as one

I drink a Red Bull everytime I have classes in the morning, it makes me feel good, keeps me awake and helps me concentrate.
