Baby is easily fascinated by moving fishy in bowl while cat has a bored expression on his face thinking "Theres nothing interesting about fishes, they only have one good purpose..."

First let me say nice thread. I really had to think about it and I guess if I was to use one word to describe it, I would go with "entertainment".The fish seems like it is entertainment for both the fish and the child. Watching fish at the end of a stressful day at work is a good way to releave that stress. At least for me. Fish seem to relax me.

It's like 2 sides with the same intrest over something that is not their's, that they will likely fight over, even though it is against the best intrests of the occupants of that bowl. Clearly it's war time satire.
