usually just my cell phone, keys, and wallet.

Left front pocket: memory stick, handkerchief, and cellphone when I have no shirt pocket

Right front pocket: keychain, any coins

Left rear: usually nothing, short term storage for any important papers

Right rear: wallet

Phone + Wallet + Ear Phones

I don't have a knife, but simply where I come from. It's either have some one pick you up in their car(someone you know) or catch the Bus or Subway and have your self a knife.

Cellphone, keys, wallet, mooneey, some papers, knife, magnum, pen, earphones, again money, (2 years ago it was even psp! but i sold. xD)
and many many things that i grab from my desk. xd

Mobile, Earphones, money and a bus pass.

Ipod, phone, wallet and keys.

And TC there's no reason to carry a knife around all the time
