with the invite to conversation option in "messages," what is the difference between that and whatever was before? if you want to call it a union, i dont think anyone will fault you for it. have everyone in it wear a badge on top of (superimposed on) signature images, once they have been reinstated. like those in a club might wear a jacket or uniform.
