If you have to be at a party, drunk and/or high on drugs to enjoy a song, It's not a good song.
I've always found techno and all It's sub-genres to be little more than soulless, shallow background noise.

1. Highly unlikely that musical instruments were developed before the use of voice as an instrument (aside from perhaps simple percussion instruments)
2. It still doesn't qualify as a song because there's no singing.
Also, regardless of definition, the piece is definitely not the best ever made.

Not necessarily the best, but one of my favorites as of late - and I'd rank it up there. I was surprised to see this recommended to me on Gamespot.
