I'm a big TMNT fan so I'll definitely go and see it at the theatre and buy the blu-ray when it gets released.

I went to see TMNT: Out of the Shadows yesterday, Rocksteady & Bebop almost stole the show, this movie was worth go seeing just because they are in it. You won't be disappointed, I enjoy this TMNT movie more so then the last one.

Maybe if more of these reboots were shunned by the masses Hollywood would be forced to use some creativity rather than falling back on an old idea.

Yeah right. They'll just make more of the same superhero films and animation films.

last Ninja Turtles got horrible reviews and when I watched it on Netflix or Hulu or whatever I was surprised it wasn't nearly as bad as people were letting on ever since the trailer was first shown and the movie released, I mean, wasn't great by a long shot but not so bad it wasn't enjoyable either

I'll watch the sequel... still waiting for it to show up on Hulu/Netflix though

@davillain-: Nice. I didn't mind the first movie but I was a bit disappointed in it largely in part because the original TMNT cartoon is my favourite TMNT and I missed not seeing some of those characters in the movie.

Not gonna happen. The old ideas are proven to make money. What's more...it's new material to the young'uns. Do you want Star Wars/Star Trek movies to cease as well?

Going to the well one too many times doesn't always pan out as well as Hollywood hopes.

The new Trek movies are complete garbage. Star Wars, on the other hand, didn't change up the tried and true formula like we saw with Star Trek.
