i kind of figured that ppl should have been using them more, i mean one bulb lasts three or four years2ndWonderMore like ten years, trust me... I'm a 'Home Energy Specialist', I know what I'm saying... 8)
The only downside I've heard is they contain trace amounts of mercury, so there may be some disposal issues.DarthmattThere should be recycling facilities where they take the broken bulbs...

I bought a 4-Pack of 23w CFL's (100w equivalent) for $2! :o
