Hulk and it's not even close. Spiderman can't even hurt Hulk. One hit from Hulk would kill Spiderman though.

Maybe spiderman could outsmart him, but if he doesnt Hulk would destory spiderman.

This isn't even a contest Spidey stands no chance against The Hulk.

Superman vs Hulk is more closely matched. This isn't even a competition, look at Loki, Hulk destroyed him in a few hits and Loki is stronger than Spiderman by a mile.JohnF111

Whoever would make a better story.

Marvel characters do not have constant power levels. Juggernaut is on the level of Hulk and yet Spiderman beat him. How? Because the writer decided it so.

Shows how many people in this thread actually read the comics.. Spiderman has super strength, endurance and agility.

It all comes down to which Hulk, Which Spiderman, and whose comic they are in. If it's mindless hulk, Spiderman wins easily, if it's bruce in control of Hulk, probably a stalemate.

Wow, Nibroc doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. Because 1. Spider-Man does have super strength and agility as part of his basic powerset, and 2. webbing isn't actually one of his traditional super powers (his webshooters are mechanical in most of the comics).

Hulk is terribly strong he could smash Spidey's bones with one hit. Hulk is fast. Hulk can also climb buildings.

Spider-man can dodge with his senses. Spidey is faster than Hulk. Spider-man can web Hulk (but that wouldn't be very effective)

Now that I am thinking I think Hulk would win... but I voted Spidey.
