A.) Most of that video had examples of covers.

B.) Led Zeppelin had admitted to stealing the riff from Taurus, and Spirit has already acknowledged this fact and have said that they didn't mind.

C.) The Dazed and Confused by the Yardbirds was the band Jimmy Page was in before Led Zeppelin, and it's not uncommon for bands to record previously unrecorded songs written by bands other band members were in before the creation of the current band.

And I hate Led Zeppelin, too.
