Double Dragon.  If that movie doesn't scare the bejesus out of you, you might want to give Dr. Phil a ring.

It isn't a horror movie, but "The King of Comedy" by Martin Scorsese had me really uneasy throughout the movie. The insanity of the 2 main characters, Rupert and Masha, was just too real for me....

IT is classic! I saw it when I was 2 and I had some nightmares after that. Despite the nightmares, I still LOVE the film. One of the few movies to actually scare me....

It's a shame that the second half of the movie can't match the fear of the first half. Still makes my all-time list at #50 though. Halloween is my pick, always has been, always will be.

Yeah I know, the 2nd half is a bit of a let-down.... The ending is the ultimate failure though. Thankfully it is at the very least a SOLID movie throughout it's entirety. It also helps that Seth Green is in it as a kid:P

Same here.
That took place in St. Louis, I lived near the hospital where it took place. It was right along highway 55, I knew how to get to the road nearest the wing of the hospital where it happened. I took people there just for the hell of it. It's all been torn down now. It was a very creepy place to drive your car at night.

Don't ever mention SAW 3 and Cannibal Holocaust in the same sentence. SAW 3 is a piece of garbage that can't stand in the shadow of the gruelling/terrifying/revolutionary Cannibal Holocaust.

Dawn and Day of the Dead. I still love those films though. Day didn't scare me as badly as Dawn, but the All You Can Eat Buffet towards the end scared the living Hell out of me.

Nothing ever freaked me out like Jacob's Ladder. The fact that he could just be walking down the street and then have things suddenly turn nightmarish right there in the light of day really got to me.

Hard candy, had me creeped out too. Horror films though, Amityville horror, Nightmare on Elms street was also a classic in my mind, watched them when i was young and they scared the crap out of me.
