So what was it? You are given that (AB`)U(AB`), and you should represent that in terms of P(A), P(B), P(AB), so what i did was using a ven-diagram and made each part of it exclusive, example (AB`) = a, (A`B=b) and (AB)=c, so by looking at the ven-digram, we know that the intersection of A and B isnt included, therefore i wrote[QUOTE="cybrcatter"][QUOTE="Dante2710"]Ohh figured it out cybrcatter >_>Dante2710
P((AB`)U(AB`)) = a+b
P((AB`)U(AB`)) = (a+c) + (b+c) - 2c
P((AB`)U(AB`)) = P(A) + P(B) -2P(AB)
Hopefully that makes sense to you.
So I got it on my second try :D I almost had it on the first, but I forgot about the second -P(AB)
