Rinse or Spitt??

 When brushing yer teath do you rinse your mouth with water afterwards to clean it out or do what they do in the movies and just spit it out and et voila its done.

I personally need to rinse cant stand the taste of toothpaste

I rinse most of the time, although spitting it out and not rinsing is supposed to be better for your teeth

Yeah i need to get that toothpaste out. If you've ever accidentally consumed toothpaste, it makes you feel a bit sick for like a day

Sodium Fluoride in the right amounts is a poison... obviously, everyone should spit [that is, if you use fluoridated toothpaste].

Spit it out, then put some water on the toothbrush, suck the water through the toothbrush (do this a few times) then spit.
