Relaxing Music.

I've been listing to Kid Cuidi - Day 'n' Night and Imogen Heap - Hide and Seek and these song relax me for some reason anyone know of anything similar. Oh and I'm not looking for sounds of water or any of the nature sleeping CD's, I'm looking for actual music.

My taste in relaxing music might be a little weird, but I would check out the Doors (stuff like Riders on the Storm), Frank Sinatra, Pink Floyd (the songs where much of it is just instruments is relaxing), and maybe Bob Dylan. Again, weird taste.

And it goes without saying that a lot of classical music is about as relaxing as it gets.

Thrice's Water and Air albums off of their Alchemy Index are very relaxing.

when i want Chill music, i listen to James D. Stark, Qntal, and Wolfsheim.

Paysage D'Hiver relaxes me intensely. The atmosphere and drone of it is trance-inducing.

if im just trying to relax normally then i'll go for pink floyd-bob marley-stevie wonder

but if ive had a hard day then the best way for me to relax is with some light metal (so pretty much any metal band that has some relaxing songs) so i would go for eluveitie-black stone cherry-disturbed

but sometimes im just in the mood for some folk/viking/pirate metal so i listen to alestorm-eluveitie-korpiklaani-finntroll-turisas

it's not the conventional music to relax too, but it works for me
