The left side was my post grad party in May, 2008. The right picture (and the one I posted) were taken about a couple weeks ago. I was pretty much overweight and miserable throughout highschool. I always wanted to be fit and toned, but easier said than done right? It was always on and off for a while. My aunt passed away prematurely from a heart attack September 2010 (bless her soul). This may not have been the main reason why I started working out regularly, but in any case I started working out 3-4 times a week in October 2010, until now. No special diet, everything in moderation :)

Very impressive :D. 3-4 times a week is perfect man, thats what I normally did during my HS years (because of sports). Now with college, I've basically given up lifting for running and other more laid back, basically less time consuming workouts. I used to watch my weight all through HS - reaching a peak of 160lbs (I was and still am 5'5''). Now I range between 130-135, and I'm fine with that. I wasn't fat at 160 though..I actually ended up losing a lot of muscle, but I'm fine with where I'm at now, and continue to stick to staying in shape.
