ye take a screenshot, paste it in Paint, save, then upload it onto Photobucket, Imageshack or another picture-hosting site.
when you upload it, it gives you some codes for various places like blogs and forums, and you use the "
I guess you could just find the picture that your using as a desktop on the internet, right click it, and go to its properties and get it's location then post that in between
