Once somebody presents the idea that his intentions are less than pure, everyone starts to care, and yet I see little evidence to suggest anyone knew his intentions other than that he was filming in public.

Personally I thought the cameraman was in the wrong as soon as he was only filming the good parts. Him acting like a moron didn't help.

He was legally, if not ethically, in the right. She is a beautiful young lady, and worse things have been done to pretty young thangs than that. He was obviously shooting her for her, umm lady lumps more so than for any artistic reason. He needs to work on his people skills though. I would have tried to explain I was a film student who focuses on the human form, and I needed to film something that had sensuality and drudgery juxtaposed.

Hmmm.....I have a motivational poster I'd love to post that has relevance to this.
