I have been given permission from Dave to reboot the database. Considering there has been an abundance of trolling in OT lately, this database is necessary. It's purpose is to help users new to our community not fall into the trolls' traps. The rules are: -3 nominations per person -7 votes for one person lands him a spot on the database -14 votes to remove said troll -Discussion is to be relatively on topic The last Database failed because of off topic discussion that took over the thread.
