I'm going to try to make this really short. Basically, theres a party this friday that I don't want to go to, but I still have time to think about it. So she says i'm going to invite my friend. (which is also her friend but he's my best friend) So now i'm getting angry, like what the heck, if you invite him i'm definetly not going then. If I wanted him to go I would invite him. (And I was but only if I invited a bunch of friends, I don't want it to just be us three) So she is asking, why can't I invite him it's not like I'm going to hang out with him a lot? But I get jealous easily and she knows it. I just don't want him to go but she says i'm going to invite him. I don't want her to invite him but she doesn't care. And we got in a big arguement.

So I have the right to be mad, I told her I wouldn't go if she invited him, but she doesn't care she's still going to invite him. That really pisses me off and now we're not talking. What should I do apologize? Apologize for what? I can't even think of anything.

if you want to get some ever again? its your fault, if you want to break up, its not your fault face it bro, when dealing with girls, its best to jst tell her she's right, your sorry and get her some chololate... even if you know she's horribly wrong like D.L. hughley says " men and women are from two totally different planets, men are from here, and women are from a planet they made up"

here's the thing: the best thing you could have done is TRUST her. if she DID end up cheating on you, at least you KNOW that you're the one who put the trust in her, and that she was the one who ruined it

Firstly, why do you not want to go to a party with your girlfriend? Secondly, you don't trust her enough to be honest with you and remain faithful?

She should be able to invite whomever she wants if you don't want to go. It is your fault for getting all uptight about it. If you don't trust her enough, you need to work on that more for yourself than take it out on her. Damn straight you should apologize... and just tell her the truth, you are somewhat uncomfortable having her hang out with a male friend of yours at a party where there is alcohol (I am only assuming). I would be quite uncomfortable as well... but I'd choose to go instead of not.

The only solution is to talk to her about it. Maybe she invited your friend in an attempt to make you jealous, which would result in you going to the party. Arguing about it will get you nowhere so you have to be civil about it. Let her know why it makes you uncomfortable and come up with an alternative.

Why would you not want your so called "best friend" to go, if he really is your best friend?-Misanthropic-

Because I don't want it to be just me her and him. I either want it to be us two. Or I can bring a couple of friends that way we can hang out and she can hang with us or hang out with her own friends. As in, I bring some friends including him not just him. Because everytime we do something it's always us three, how can I be alone with her if she's there.

As to why I don't want to go to the party is beecause, I won't know anyone at all just her. I just don't want to go to a party and show up then have to wait for her.

A lot of bad advice on here from boys who cowl like whipped dogs. Sucking up to her demands is a great way to lose respect.

First of all, look at it this way. Your girlfriend wants to invite another guy to a party where she'll get drunk, right? Is that disrespectful, or what?

You can work this two ways:

1) Tell her to go ahead. Then later tell her that you're going to hang out with another girl. If she gets pissed, then call her on it.

But I really recommend:

2)

This is what you tell her: "Go ahead, but know that you won't have a boyfriend if you do. Good luck and call me when you change your mind... If I'm still around." Then hang up on her.

Don't argue it, but just tell her that if she does it, then you're finished with her and MEAN IT!! If she does, break up with her and don't take her back. If you take her back, then you're just basically telling her that it's okay to go out with guys and get drunk with them.

I can't even think of anything.

gotdangit

**** that dude. If you don't want to invite him, then don't invite him. If your girlfriend doesn't like it, then that SHOULD be a "too bad for her" scenario.

I never demanded my girlfriends to bring along their hot female friends.

And really, it seems sort of suspicious that the only thing that your girlfriend is concerened about is that she is at the party with your best friend. It SOUNDS like she doesn't want to go out with YOU at all, but that she just wants to goout to the party with your male friend. I mean, if she's going to invite him anyway and go with him while you stay at home alone, that seems pretty weird.

Did you bother ASKING why she was so adamant about your best friend coming along?

Alternatively, did you give a REASON why you absolutely don't want your best friend to be there?

Because relationships are largely based on communication. And from my perspective, BOTH of you are acting sort of weird. I haven't seen any reason why you don't want your friend to be there, and I haven't seen any explanation for why she is demanding him to be there. I just see two people acting really weird over some **** that should be pretty trivial. So...please elaborate. I know that you tried to make this simple, but there's just not enough information here.

You need to sit down and have a talk with your gf.

She sounds extremely controlling.

Does she like flirt with your friend or something?

Because that's pretty effed up and I could understand why you'd get jealous.
