MSN Messenger Virus please HELP!!!!!

I have this virus on my MSN which makes it send random messages to all my contacts. For example it will send messages like "Should I add this picture to my facebook?" or "Check out my new Car (Also attached with a download file which is most likely a virus)". How can I delete it I need help!

oh that... its an annoying WinRAR file thats like pic_0013 right? yeah I had that... you're not supposed to accept that. What it does is send it to all of your contacts and then it sends it to all your contacts contacts and it keeps going for a while... yeah its annoying I've had it before. I told my friend about it and he though it was funny... I felt like punching him but if I were to try I'd break my monitor for I can't punch through the internet. :|

Pretty much it'll die out sometime soon. :|
