Movie News: Jurrasic Park 4 begins casting...and dinosaurs to pack heat?

I came across a story this morning that states that Universal Pictures is starting its casting process for Jurrasic Park IV, which begions filming in Hawaii at the tail end of this year. The one thing that stands out is that according to the article, this time the dinosaurs are strapped with weapons.

Pistol Packing dinos. Wow.

I'm picturing John Woo style slo-mo shots of raptors flying through the air with doves in the background. Add some wire-fu to the mix as well.

I don't really care whats in the movie cause iv absolutly loved all the other J parks. I whatch them all the time with my family so looking forward to this

According to the article, the goverment is training them to use and equip weapons. Wow. They can't lower the price of gas but they can train a dino to be a sniper.

That's great, if JP4 will actually have dinosaurs with like laser beams, and rocket launchers and ak47s strapped to them I am officialy back on board with this franchise. This is the way to go. (im not using sarcasm i might add)

I'm honestly torn about the whole idea. On paper this seems like the worst idea ever. However, if it doesn't take itself too seroiusly, this could wind up being a cult favorite.

this movie could be huge or terrible. it all depends on how the weapons are used. if they aer just strapped on, fine. but if they are physically using them, then it would be retarded. a turok movie would be goodmg25lax
