If it says he received a "bad mark - warn", it means he was told, essentially "Your report was bogus. Better luck next time!"

Ah, thanks for the clarification. That was my thought, that it was just essentially a way to notify the reporter that it was a valid report.You'll probably never see the latter two on a report btw, because normally a no-action is made on the report itself when abusive reporting is involved, and so it doesn't actually appear in your profile, just the profile of the user who was given the bad mark. But it *is* possible in some very thin circumstances. Let's say someone has some vendetta against another user, and decides to go thorugh his post history and report every offense he can find, even very old ones. At some point, a mod like me might detect that. Now, we might still moderate certain of the newer offenses to remove them, which will mean it will show up in your mod history, and we'd also possibly give the user that is stalking you an bad mark warning or an abusive reporting moderation for being a bad boy. Then you would see that little notation at the bottom of the report.
Of course, you still wouldn't see who did the reporting.
Again though, that would be pretty darned rare. I may have only done that acting on the report and modding the reporter combo once in my entire modding career.
