You have a tough road ahead. I have a BA in Bio Chem, and it was no easy ride, and that's just a BA. Best of luck.Whoa, Biochem. How hard was it for you to maintain a high GPA? Because that's really important for med school admission. Also, aren't you in grad school getting a masters in Poli Sci or is that someone else?

It was tough keeping a high GPA, as I graduated with 3.83. The toughest part is the Labs, as they are anywhere from 4-6 hours long (average lecture/discussion classes are about an hour). Not to mention you take 2-3 of those a week. I took my MCAT and got a 34, and got accepted in Washington U's Med School. However, after I decided I didn't want to be in debt until I'm 35, and work 80 hours weeks until I was 40, I have since pursued my PhD in Political Science, which I'll obtain in spring of 2009.

Odd to see someone get accepted to med school and decide not to go lol... Then again I don't know anyone who has been accepted to med school other than my doctors :P

I've decided that I'm gonna go to college so I can do really well, get into a med school, and become a doctor. No and, if, or buts about it. Unless I get accepted to William and Mary or UVA in which case I will major in History and go to law school. But, if I get rejected from both of those I will go to Virginia Tech, because I've already been accepted, and major in Biology and go to med school.from the last post you got a 730 in reading, why would you be rejected...mine was horrible i have to retake it because i want to get into the sophie davis program
