Is Lindsay Lohan a sociopath?

She apparently has a total disregard for the law and what's considered "normal" in society considering she gets into trouble every day, drops F-bombs on judges with her fingernails, and tells people during high speed car chases that she's a star and can do whatever she wants.

I don't think her problem is addiction as much as it is that she has no moral code.

She's a continuing downward spiral.

That's a good question, actually. Considering true-blue sociopaths are somewhat rare, I would say she just has a distorted view of reality and her own self worth.

Didn't she recently pinch a 1500 doller necklace and got caught. I not heard the full story but I know that the worst possible case that can happen is she gets 3 months in prison, but I believe she was let off with a slapped wrist, again. If I did that crime it would probably be 2 years in prison and 6 months community service after.

Whatever path she's in; she's certainly not taking the right one at the moment.

To an extent. She seems to think she's exempt from society's laws and does whatever she feels like and then acts shocked and offended when she recieves her (often light) punishment. I really hope she serves time for her latest offense (Stealing a necklace worth $2,500 or somewhere around there) so hopefully she gets pulled back down to reality.

This is a classic case of an adult who was never, ever told "no" in childhood.

I think it's sad and pathetic what she has become. I can't believe the **** she gets away with. Any other person that would've pulled the amount of crap she's done would have been sent packing to jail/prison without question.
