@PSP107: Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome is an awful movie, don't waste your time. Mad Max and Road Warrior were great as long as you're into cheesy 80's movies

I guess I miswrote. Yeah, Beyond Thunderdome, eesh, how the hell did that movie get greenlit. I meant the first two are insane.

I'd like to clear up a misunderstanding going on here. All FOUR Mad Max movies are fantastic with each one being better than the one that came before it. I can't believe the heresy on display in this thread.

Well this beyond thunderdome randomly just came on. If you say the 1st 2 is good, then if it comes on, I'll check it out.

@PSP107: I wouldn't call it a reboot. None of the movies really connect with one another. They are just random adventures for Max. The same guy who made the other three Movies made this one as well. Only difference is that Mel Gibson is not in it.

The first one is the strangest one to me. You don't really know what the hell is going on because they don't really explain the apocalypse and the world is almost half normal. Max is like an actual cop. Make sure you get around to watching the second one some day because it's a lot of people's favorite.

Yeah second is the best. The new one is pretty damn good too even though they concentrate less on max as other characters.
