I believe being a good rapper takes talent.

But becoming famous as a rapper, either takes Talent, Money, or Connections.

And a combination of those thing is even better, obviously, not just anyone can make money being a rapper.

But if you have money and connections, you can get exposure, and sometimes more money, without a lot of talent.

A lot of people like rap because they think it is so cool and so positive, false, the lyrics are retarded such as 50 cent's lyrics, I find those songs really annoying, and they don't say things all positive. And also many people don't like metal because they think that all metal songs scream and full of negative lyrics, false, not all metal bands have screaming in their songs, and plus some metal songs have negative lyrics but there are some that don't but at least metal bands actually sing and play instruments and this takes talent unlike rap, no talent, there is no singing basically the rappers are talking, and plus it promotes too much gangsters which is bad so overall Metal is a better genre in my opinion.sonic__323
