He escaped the Sarlacc Pit, but then again the only reason he was in their was because Han Solo launched him in their by accident. He has his good and bad days I suppose.

Expanded Universe canon.

Unles EU material contradicts what's directly said in the movies(You only see Fett fall, he had plenty of time to escape), EU is considered canon by Star Wars standards.

You know, it's actually a decent question. Both lean very heavily on their gadgets in order to survive.

I don't really know who I'd go with. Maybe Batman, because he has more resources than Boba Fett. If I recall, Boba Fett had financial problems.
