I have been waking up with scratches on my body. Help?

I have nothing sharp around my bed and I am pretty sure it's not my cat. I just got three long scratches on my arm. It's weird because the scratches look a few days old (with scabs) when they are actually new. Most of the scratches appear on my arms, but I had some on my hips before. This has been happening about once a week for the past few months.

What could be causing this?

i get the same thing, i have scratches on my face right now, i think i did it in my sleep. But a weird thing was i had 6 scratches on my neck one time, neither of my hands have 6 fingers. :?

Do you have a feathered bed? they can pretty sharp sometimes. Otherwise they look like nail marks to me. Maybe you scratched yourself with the end of your nail or something.
