how much water do you drink per day

with the health trend threads i am seeing here i was wondering what is your H2O intake?

i drink about five double big gulps of water a day (64x5= 320 oz), but i am a monster.

About a litre a day I reckon.

I drink it constantly throughout the day.

1-4 glasses.

I work out every day, and I'm in the Army, where hydration is greatly emphasized, so I drink a lot of water. I have a Sigg water bottle (it's shiny and blue :) ) that holds one liter, and in a normal day, I drink at least four of those. So that's over a gallon. If I'm in the field in hot weather, I drink much more.

Around 8-10 tall glasses a day. I love water, and frankly with the humidity like it is here, you need it.

Drinking my water is probably my biggest health issue. I don't drink much pure water at all.

I never really paid attention. I only drink water, so I imagine it's quite a bit.

I try my best to drink three litres but usually drink a litre or two.

I recently started making an effort to drink more water. I try to drink about 64oz a day. I would drink more if my bladder could handle it lol.

2 liters atleast.
