This morning I weighed myself and I was 156 pounds, and I'm 6 feet tall, so 156 is small for my height, I probably weigh more now that I've eaten and drinken a bunch.

Yeah, I actually work out quite a bit. Sometimes I lift weights, othertimes I punch and kick a heavy bag.

I don't workout, but I plays sports almost everyday after work. I'm in decent shape.

How tall are you? I am at 100lbs right now... my goal weight is 105. I have been dancing and getting back into my stunt routines lately so I gained some muscle weight. If I don't exercise I drop to double digits and become underweight.

When I was 15 I weighed 185Lb @6'1". At 34 I am 195Lb @6'2". I always work out and eat for health and not mass. I have a well-proportioned body as it is.

Weight: 125 - 130 (depending on the day)

Workout - I run track and cross country in college. I am also part of a summer swim club. I'm training for a triathlon this summer.

I pretty much need to work out it reliefes a lot of stress. When I go for more than a week without working out I find that I'm notmy usual cheerful, upbeat, self.

Probably could. My "normal" weight was around 120 before I started getting stressed out. I try to eat, but forcing food on me doesn't work well.

Ahaha what? To God_of_Duty -- eating when you're metabolism is fast isn't going to do much. I know from personal experience. The best thing to do is get some muscle in you. Its a battle for me to keep the weight I have right now and to reach my goal weight but its worth it when you hear the positive feedback from it. WE CAN DO IT MAN!

5'10", 175. I'm 16, so hopefully I can grow another two inches to reach 6'0", 190 lbs. I weightlift and play sports all the time, but I've stopped weightlifting for a while becasue I've grown only 1 inch in the two years I've lifted, and I really want to grow more. You heard it from the quiet guy. Weightlifting stunts your growth, so wait until you're about 18 years old if you want to grow...

To God_of_Duty -- eating when you're metabolism is fast isn't going to do much. I know from personal experience. The best thing to do is get some muscle in you. My metabolism isn't the major problem, it's just the stress. I can't even eat anything without feeling like I'm going to vomit... Or just vomit. :?

I had that for a whole summer due to depression, I lost 40 pounds. It wasn't pleasant but I was fat before that, then I turned into a twig over night. I'd find out how to solve it, it's not good ultimately. I can say that from experience. I lost practically all my muscle.

Yeah I know how that is.

I think the trick is to not work yourself too hard right away. These days I do all sorts of stuff, but it all started with just doing a little jog every morning before school. You gotta set aside a certian block of time too, otherwise you might keep pushing it off and never get arround to it.

It helps to join a club too, working out is soooo much better with other people.

Family and Schizophrenia mostly. Little things tend to annoy me pretty easily, especially when they keep on happening.
