This morning I weighed myself and I was 156 pounds, and I'm 6 feet tall, so 156 is small for my height, I probably weigh more now that I've eaten and drinken a bunch.
Yeah, I actually work out quite a bit. Sometimes I lift weights, othertimes I punch and kick a heavy bag.

Weight: 125 - 130 (depending on the day)
Workout - I run track and cross country in college. I am also part of a summer swim club. I'm training for a triathlon this summer.
I pretty much need to work out it reliefes a lot of stress. When I go for more than a week without working out I find that I'm notmy usual cheerful, upbeat, self.

Holy ... and I thought I was skinny. I can carry you! Even in my craziest skinny days I don't think I got that low. I'm smaller than you and yet I feel like I can break you.SajedeneProbably could. My "normal" weight was around 120 before I started getting stressed out. I try to eat, but forcing food on me doesn't work well.

To God_of_Duty -- eating when you're metabolism is fast isn't going to do much. I know from personal experience. The best thing to do is get some muscle in you. Its a battle for me to keep the weight I have right now and to reach my goal weight but its worth it when you hear the positive feedback from it. WE CAN DO IT MAN! SajedeneMy metabolism isn't the major problem, it's just the stress. I can't even eat anything without feeling like I'm going to vomit... Or just vomit. :?

I think the trick is to not work yourself too hard right away. These days I do all sorts of stuff, but it all started with just doing a little jog every morning before school. You gotta set aside a certian block of time too, otherwise you might keep pushing it off and never get arround to it.
It helps to join a club too, working out is soooo much better with other people.
