Nearly nothing, last time I tried was like 50lbs. I'm pretty skinny and don't have nearly any muscle though.

Drug free I set with 315, and must be at a caloric surplus - can't be dieting.

I don't lift anymore, can't afford to unfortunately. But my last record was 80kg I think. I can push that to 85kg and that's about it.

The non-commercial equipment is - personally I like LBS in regards to plates. You get weird ass plate sizes in KG, and they have to use rubber "spacer" type condoms on weights to meet the exactly diameter for Metric.

Not here. I've seen both to be honest, but metric prevails mostly.

That's weird cuz an Olympic bar must be 45lbs, and that's some weird ass measurement in metric.

I assume that's something only pros care about.

During my last deployment my goal was 225 lbs (102Kg).  I barely made one rep at the end of 6 months.  I felt pretty good about myself as I am 5'9" (1.75 M), 140 lbs (63.5 Kg).  As of right now, I think I could go about 185 (84 Kg)...

325 was my one rep max, but that was way back when I played high school football. I probably couldn't even throw up 250 now.

Not sure anymore. When I lift now, I do dumbbell benches which are way harder and done with a lot less weight than regular bar benchpress.

I benched once in my life and it was during gym in either junior high or high school. All I did was the bar :P
