I eat twice a day. One at breakfast and another at dinner. I'm never hungry.

I'd say twice. Lunch time and dinner, and some snacks in between.

Simetimes it'll be just two meals, other days I might eat as much as 6 meals (not to mention the snacks). It depends on how I feel

Atleast a dozen or so times throughout the day, i'm always hungry and having something small every hour or two always works out well for me, i found out that three large meals a day i had been eating was only making my insides all wiggly and sick feeling.

I eat lunch, dinner, second dinner and desert. I say second dinner cause i have dinner at around 6-7pm and then i eat again at about 11-mightnight. I just eat whenever im hungry.

I pretty much always eat lunch and dinner. I never eat breakfast because I feel really sick if I eat right away in the morning.
As for snacks...I usually have one or two throughout the day.

8:00-Breakfast- Sultana Bran w/ skim milk

10:00- K-Time bar (strawberry and blueberry bar)

12:00-Lunch- Sandwhich or soup

3:00-Afternoon Tea-Fruit (banana)

6:30-Dinner- Lean meat (chicken or fish or lately steak) and 2 or 3 veg

So that's 5 but I need to add a healthy snack around 9 cos I'm pretty hungry before bedtime.

I eat breakfast and dinner as well. I guess we can say most people do. I don't eat lunch because I'm not hungry around noon and it's only a few hours until dinner anyway.

I'm big on the liquids too, that's why I drink mostly diet drinks. Zero everything. No fat, no carbs, no calories, salt. Usually diet iced tea. I used to drink a lot of pop but I quit drinking it everyday. in fact I haven't had pop for almost month. I won't drink the diet pop because it's awful. Don't drink anymore either.

In terms of meals, two or three depending if I eat breakfast which I would say majority of times I don't. I don't really snack that much either.

Breakfast (8:30am): Banana & small flapjack

Snack (10:30am): Biscuit

Lunch (12:00pm): Sandwich & crisps, or slice of pizza

Snack (1:00pm): Small flapjack

Snack (2:00pm): Apple

Snack (3:00pm): Satsuma

Tea (5/6:00pm): Whatever I can find, having Sweet Chili marinaded Quorn, peas and brown rice tonight.

Snack (8/9:00pm): Frozen raspberries

I think theres something wrong with me though because I am ALWAYS hungry, and I'm still putting on weight PAH!

I eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day instead of three large ones like I used to. I find I can maintain energy better this way, and I eat significantly less.
