I put yesterdays clothes on when I get up but only until I get in the shower, then I put on clean clothes. If for some reason I don't take a shower that day (rare) I will wear them all day without putting on clean clothes, but one day is the longest I can go without taking a shower, and I usually shower daily.
Jeans are the only thing I'll wear more than once if they're not dirty. I run in my boxers in my house, so putting on a pair of jeans, running to the bank, the store, then coming home and taking them off isn't going to dirty them. But underwear, I just have to change when I shower or I feel there's no point in showering.

Change them whenever you shower. And the longest anyone should go without showering is 1 day.
Yeah wearing underwear for more than a day is just plain gross. And why no option for those who change them daily, well at least now we know the habits of TC. :D

I understand commandos don't. And if anime and games have taught me anything, women in combat always wear thongs...and nothing elseI had a personal experience with a friend of mine regarding the subject. Let's just say I wouldn't be comfortable with civilian men not wearing any underpants. Also, combat women FTW!
lets see, 2 days, turn it around you can get another 2 days, flip it inside out another 2 days, then turn that around and thats another 2 days so about a week, more if you dont eat any curry's or such :P
