I seem to go at a slower pace, as I like to cherish certain groups for a little while, then move on. However, I know people who just listen to as much music as they can get their ears on. What speed do you go, OT?

i dont think really move on from any bands.
i may put them on the backburner when i hear some new stuff i like, but i always come back and listen to them again.
and that can change in an instant.
I am kind of the same way...when I hear a new (or at least, to me) then it stays on my "play list" for probably infinity.i dont think really move on from any bands.

longest band ive been with would be Hollywood Undead.
from 2005-present.
have gone through their discography tons of times. they have been my all time favorite since 2005.
There's a ton that I play in constant rotation, but there's also a bunch of fleeting material to accompany those. I sometimes go through multiple bands a day rarely to relisten and likely never to care about them.
I am not one who takes a shine to different music easily. I have certain genres I like and even a snippet of music from another can cause instant dislike of it. After listening to a clip of Hollywood Undead's version of Led Zeppelin's Immigrant Song backs up my assertions that bands nowadays do not have the soul older bands do or did.
