How do you balance school and video games?

Pretty simple.

i don't play on the weekdays even if i got nothing going on and just play on the weekends.

I barely play these days, so its not hard.

Uh... just don't play games until my homework is done. Pretty simple really.

Basically this. Regardless of workload though I usually study until 10ish, then use the time from 11PM-1AM to game.

Video games take a backseat once school starts. I normally only play them on weekends, even if I do find myself with time on my hands during the week.

Play video games and procrastinate until there is barely enough time to finish all my work. That is when I start doing homework.

Sometimes, I have all afternoon with nothing but a little homework to do. I normally play in those times. However, certain months in school take too much of my time so I can not play at all.

I actually gave gaming up for a while.The thing is that i get to the point where all I do is think about it...problem much? I kind of want to get back into it though.

Set up camp on the corner of our sofa, put in some movies, and start working.

I too gave up gaming now since I am watching TV show most of the time now.

and theanswer to your question. listen in class and be seriousin school, thats how i got good grades even i dont study much.

Thats what I do. I barely take notes in certain class and I still maintain straight A's

i balance work/games as pretty much only playing for a few hours on the weekend

I play 2 hours a day from 9PM to 11PM (more on nonschool nights). I still manage to get a good 3~5 hours of study outside of school a day. Spinach before ice cream.

I'm out of school so I dunno. I would always do my school stuff before video games, though.

Most homework gets done in my study halls, so I have plenty of gaming time.

i put homework on one end of the balance and video games on the other, whichever is heavier for the day gets my immediate attention.

I don't play games that often, so I don't really have this problem.

Do all my school work then play games.

Not done with my school work then finish that before games.

If I have barely any homework and nobody is home I play for an hour. If I have a lot of work I play on the weekends.

Educational games is THE balance.

I stopped playing video games completely.

I get home and play for an hour, then study and work the rest of the day.

On weekends and fridays I usually play a bit more unless I'm at a party on friday.

Been working for me for 7 years now, I think I'll stick to it. Gettin' A's in everything :D

I will do school work before I play games, unless its a friday where I just play games to do work over the weekend.

I don't go to school,although I work.

So anytime I'm not working or going out,I'm playing games.
