A guy that looks like a girl or a woman that looks like a man? In real life, no fiction. I have, the case of a woman looking like a guy. I was returning to my home and on the bus stop I saw a woman that cleans the garbage and when I got close to her I was like, OMG :o , she really loked like a guy.

There was this kid I knew that really did look like a girl. Small face, shiney skin, light voice, etc.

I used to work with one. Seriously, a hair cut would have done him a world of good.

Yeah, her name is "Lady" Gaga. And "she's" plastered all over everything. It's quite annoying.

Blasphemy!

I've seen people like that when I used to work in the drive thru at Mickey D's. I always enjoyed the guys who sounded like women then when they would come around the corner it was like whoa who are you.

I thought that androgyny was having traits that make you look either male or female, kinda neutral. You're asking about masculine women and feminine men. Isn't that different?

I see many things, and most of those things I keep to myself because others would be unable to handle the reality of their circumstances. You don't want to know what I see right now.

Back in middle school there was a girl who looked just like a guy, but we didn't know that until some guy told a story about punching her in the chest. It was quite funny back in the day. :P

At a football game. Swore on my the person behind was male. Until the temperature started to rise and everyone started to disrobe. I turned around to what I thought at the time was a male wearing a bikini.

I live in NYC so it happens a couple times a week for me.

In fact when I was a kid people used to mistake me for a girl all the time especially when I wore a hat or had braids. Now with my rugged beard I don't have that problem

When I was about 14, I hung out with one of my best friends for his birthday. We went to an bowling and games arcade because they wouldn't let us into the cinema as we were not old enough to watch what we wanted. We met up with two of his friends, one which I knew from school also and the other some girl from another shcool who I never met before. I didn't ask her name, but she seemed really cool, like a girl with no personality like other girl I met before, I mean she was like the ideal girlfriend, she played games, played pool and monkeyed about, plus she could generally make me laugh. I got quite friendly with her because I wanted to get to know her more, and found she was quite buddy like and easy to get along with. I got a bit warm and fuzzy inside, then after a while I found out her name was Jacob.

Yeah Jacob was a boy, same age as me. She (i mean he) had long straight clean dark brown hair, feminine face, slim build and it turns out I was not the only person to make that mistake, it was quite common. We always stayed friends.

When I was in Taiwan, I'd make that mistake a couple of times a week. Especially since they always ride their scooters with these goofy masks on that cover the lower half of their face. That combined with slim build, crazy hairstyles and high voices across both genders makes it impossible to tell the difference.
