I have to go to the Doctors tommorw because i have a lump on my chest and i dont know what it is its like the size of a dime

does anyone know just by a guess what it is?

That's what i was going to suggest. It may be just a cyst. Don't work yourself up about it, however. My friend was in a similar position last year (except the lump was on his testicle, and no I didn't examine it). It turned out it was just a random lump on his bollock.
