and you can never know where you will get quality insight.
so if this fails they look like idiots but if it works then it was a good idea and a bargain.
From what I have read, this is part of three years of research by a university, funded by a science grant, that is looking into how the internet uses and spreads misinformation through articles, twitters, memes, etc.; a project which is now nearing $1Mil worth of funding...which amounts to pretty much nothing considering how the government usually spends money.
You guys Mingmao just wants you to be mad at the government (and women usually). Can't you stop considering what he says and just get behind the his overall sentiment?
