While I'm not a girl, I agree that there are girl gamers and they are (just as I'm sure you are) just as proficient at games as any guy is, at least on average.

That said however, girl games are definitely a huge majority. In fact most of the girls I know that game really only like to play GTA and run around killing stuff. I know one girl that plays a bit of variety, but she rarely games.

More unfortunately for us guys is the fact that it is really hard just to find a girl that will accept our gaming, let alone join in with us. In fact about 5 years ago one girl dumped me for, among other reasons, the fact that I played video games, like maybe for 8 hours a week.

I'm a 'girl gamer' but I don't see what's so special. :roll:
