Step by step.

1. Call him, tell him in a nice tone to get his money back. If that doesn't work , go to step 2.

2. Call him again, tell him that you want your god damn money back. If that doesn't work , go to step 3.

3. Go to his house and throw a brick in his window, with a sign "I want my f*cking money". If that doesn't work , go to step 4.

4. Go to his house again. This time tell him (sound pissed off) that if he won't get the money in a hour he will need medical attention. If that doesn't work , go to step 5.

5. Go to his house and break his right hands fingers (only few, so he could count the money). If that doesn't work , go to step 6.

6. Go to his house (or hospital if you broke his whole arm) and break his leg (only one, so he could crumble after the money). If that doesn't work , go to step 7.

7. Find him and beat the crap out of him. If that doesn't work , go to step 8.

8. Kidnap his mom. If that doesn't work , go to step 9.

10. Just kill the god damn prick and rob his house.

Do what stewie did in Family Guy, and tell him he has 48 hours. And if he still doesn't give it, beat him up with a golf club, towel iron, gun, and knock him off the stairs. All the while saying, "Where's my money man? Where's my money?"

Well there's a few options: 1.) you threaten him 2.) you just steal it 3.) or you tell his parents

Your best bet is to just write it off as a life lesson. I've been there before. I like to try and help people, but I dont lend money anymore. The truth is if someone has to borrow money, chances are they are not responsible enough to manage their own money and will not be in a position to pay you back, and if so will just bs with you or ignore you. That has been my experience. If you want to take the route of intimidation or stealing something from him, have at it, but your best bet is to just write it off. Look at it this way: if he is annoying, then chances are he'll leave you alone as long as he owes the money. But also, if he is dodging paying you back like that, then he isnt much of a friend. Ok all kidding aside. Go to the police station, and call your friend from there. Tell him your in jail and need $300 for bail cause you got arrested for something that you might actually do (like wreckless driving, or pot). Tell him he'll get the money back on the court date if he doesn't understand how bail works. Unless the guy is a total douche he'll show up w/ the cash. When he does you just say thanks for showing up w/ the 300 you owe me.
