Yes, and? Given what the known outcome of this was going to be, they certainly did a pretty terrible job bringing it to the public.

NBC, CBS and FOX interrupted their prime time broadcast to transmit the President's statement. ABC couldn't because I guess Castle is too important. Shame on ABC.

I think it's the a verdict MANY people anticipated given the facts and information which was available to everyone. I mean obviously we didn't know everything that was presented to the grand jury, but any thinking human who paid attention could see the evidence for an indictment wasn't strong.

It's hardly surprising that a policeman would get away with murder in a police state.

Once you got by the nonsense alot of the media had been gushing out in the first few weeks, it seemed like it would be the most probable decision. Almost all the initial "evidence" was discredited pretty firmly.

I feel like everyone has forgotten how poorly the ferguson authorities handled this in the first place though. The police look a bit ridiculous in their stormtrooper outfits.

Yes, but with a fifty-fifty chance of indictment or not (without the variable of proof) and the anti-establishment mentality of Anonymous, that was a safe claim to make and seem credible.
