If one of these two sites was forced to be sacrificed to the internet gods (deleted forever), which site would you rather see be saved?

Gamespot. This being said, I don't use Facebook.

Man, I thought i was the only one who didn't use that.
I don't use Facebook, so I could care less if it went away. However, if it came to a public opinion outside of OT which one to get rid of I'm pretty sure Gamespot would be the one that bites the dust. Simply because I doubt Gamespot is even close to 500 million users.
Gamespot. Facebook is mostly just my friends, and a lot of people I don't even like, posting statuses I don't care about. There's actual discussions to be had on Gamespot. UCF_Knight
Yeah and you can pretend to be a hot emo girl! :o Until Bianca Dk epically finds the pic and posts it first thing.
GS for sure, FB is boring as hell. I have no idea how people spend hours on that site... I mean WHAT is there to do!?!?
BTW it's kinda biased asking people on GS if they want GS or FB to be destroyed.
um.. definitely Facebook lol you can actually talk to your friends on there, especially since a lot of people don't even know what Gamespot is. plus Gamespot profiles really aren't anything too special. don't get me wrong, I love this site but I'd save Facebook. plus you can say whatever you want on Facebook without having to worry about someone smacking your hand for cursing, having someone yelling omg off topic! or no no no! this belongs in the sticky thread! :P oh and of course, if you wanna talk about video games then you just refer to them as their actual names and not a random animal name like a cow.
I don't know. I like each for whatever mood I'm in. Talking to my friends on Facebook is nice and dandy, but sometimes I prefer more of a veil of slight anonymity.
no offense.. but it's pretty sad to see how many people are choosing Gamespot. I mean the people that start drama or whatever and make stupid status's on Facebook can be annoying but that's why you delete them or just not talk to those kind of people in the first place :P I just find it sad how many people choose video games and avatars instead of people you actually know with actual pictures.
Says the guy with thirteen thousand posts :P Nah I'm just kidding... but I'd like to keep both sites. Gamespot for actual discussions, and FB to talk to people I actually know.no offense.. but it's pretty sad to see how many people are choosing Gamespot. Oh no doubt, but there's more more interesting discussion on GameSpot.no offense.. but it's pretty sad to see how many people are choosing Gamespot. that's honestly not that bad considering I've had Gamespot account since I was like 14 and I'm now 20.. lol most of those posts were made when I was younger. but you said you were just kidding lol and I agree, I'd rather not ever choose between two sites I like.

I agree but I get a little bored of it after a while.. lol any site gets boring so it's always great to have at least a few to go on.
I choose Facebook... Simply because I use Facebook to keep communicated with friends. Gamespot to me is just an internet forum that I can kill time on.Nerd_Man
exactly!
Exactly what kind of answer were you expecting? This isn't exactly what I'd call a reliable sample base for answering this question.
[QUOTE="PernicioEnigma"]I can't really troll Facebook without making another account, so for that reason I'll pick Gamespot.-Tish-Really...? Trolling on Facebook is soooooooo easy. And no mods either ;)
