A commuter told an Asian man to f*** off back to your own country as she launched a racist rant on a Tube train, a court has heard.

Accountant Claire Moloney was filmed screaming at the unidentified man in a foul-mouthed video clip which was later uploaded to YouTube.

Two and half years later, she was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault, with prosecutors claiming that she had caused distress to the man and to onlookers.

But she denies she was racist, saying she was upset at being told she had 'blood on my hands' and being criticised because she had been drinking alcohol.

The 40-year-old's rant was shown to jurors at Snaresbrook Crown Court, where she is on trial for racially aggravated harassment, causing alarm or distress.

The video opens in the middle of an argument, with Moloney telling an Asian-looking man: I f****** respect people in their countries, f*** you c***.

She stood up in her seat, saying: You come in this country, you wanna have f*****g everything on a plate. F*** off back to your own country if your country is so good.

Source.

I didn't think people acted like that outside of the US. I'm so disillusioned.

Just a couple of days ago I heard on the radio that three people (not sure from where)  want the oath of Canada changed because they don't want to swear allegiance to the Queen.

Ya know what, they can **** off back to their country if that's their attitude.

It definitely seems like there are those that do think that.  That somehow the US is the only problematic country in the world

I guess so.  It's no big deal though.  Say one line and you get to live in a better country than your own, you'll also never see the queen.  Nor fight for her, you'd fight for Canada.  If England had so much control over Canada we would have been in Iraq.

These three people should be put on a boat and sent back for even thinking they could come here and try to change things when they aren't even a citizen yet!  Just my opinion.

I've never been in that situation, but if I ever found myself living in Europe, I'd tell whoever says this to me make me you piece of shit.

Europe is an entire continent. It's not 'racist'. There are idiots in every town of every city of every country in the world. Some more than others.

Depends where you are. I've lived in Ireland and the UK and I've only experienced a handful of racist incidents in my life.
