Can someone name me one single game company that has NOT lied to investors? This does not apply to non publicly traded companies, but pretty much every time a game company does a financial call is lying about something. If EA broke the law, then Ubisoft ground the law up into a fine powder for its morning cereal when it kept claiming that Watch_Dogs was coming in November, then a month to go they say "whopss, we meant a week after never"

Such a hypocritical joke, they have all broken that law and should all be sued.

EA is getting sued because they lied to investors, which effects stocks, and if the investors will put more $$$ into EA.
If they new they were lying, in an attempt to get more $$$ from investors, that would be fraud.

Ubi saying they plan to release Watchdogs in November, then moving the release date to spring, doesn't earn them money, and doesn't defraud people of any money.

You're a consumer, not an investor.

..and also because of the abysmal bf4 launch

Those investors are stupid. Do they want the Watch Dogs released in an unplayable state, like BF4?

There must be some large legal loophole. EA is a corporation, therefore independent from the owners. I really don't know how this is going to play out. This could actually get pretty ugly, really fast.

BF4 ran perfectly fine for me, from beta to current.

BF3 however...that was a mess.

Gamespots quest to make this forum a pain in the tuckus is complete XD

Ubisoft is a publicly traded company, they made everyone think November was a done deal. Thats dishonest and breaks the law. No different than what EA did with BF4s development. I mean, really, what company has NOT lied about how a games development is going?
