Nope. In fact i have no facial hair at all. I have a big thick mop of normy head-hair though, so it could be that my body basically thinks i've got more than enough? :P
Yes mine does, and unfortunately it doesn't grow evenly. There will be some short patches, and some long, then there's the the occasional three inch long hair sticking out of my chin.

I have one, single, very dark hair which grows out of my chin. And it literally just keeps growing until i shave it off. I tend to leave it there, as it's just one hair and people cant really see it, just so i can see how long it'll get but i always end up shaving it off when it starts to get noticeable.
