Meals without vegetables is pointless in my opinion.
In fact I've been trying to cut meat and starches down significantly. Bulk of my plate is vegetable. About 1/4 protein, 1/4 starch, 1/2 vegetable.
As for whether or not you're asking me like, vegetables incorporated into my meal, of course. A bahn mi with only the meat and bread is not a bahn mi. A delicious Italian cold cut grinder without the lettuce, tomato, onion, and roasted peppers is a bland affair. Even your basic hot dog is made greater with the addition of kraut, relish, and onions.
Gotta have vegetables man! It's not just a health stance or ethics thing (though those are both excellent reasons to favor vegetables!), it's a flavor thing too!

Eating fruits and vegetables is part of my every day diet. Picky eaters are weird.
They really, really are.
I mean, first off, fruits and vegetables are amazing. Not trying to "one of those" types of people, but I'd honestly rather have some nice ripe berries instead of a candy bar. I mean, candy is good too, but you just feel like shit after it.
I mean everyone is allowed (yes, allowed. I am the authority here, remember that 😁 ) some things they don't like. I hate that Japanese sauce they put on katsu, for example. But people who stick to just a few things and are routine about it are, imo, very immature.
You can't just eat cheese quesadillas, chocolate milk, baby carrots, and peanut butter and crackers your whole life. You know who does that? My six year old nephew, and my sister and bro-in-law are about to start sending him to his room without dinner if he doesn't change his ways!
