Do you know some original, weird or philosophical sci-fi movies?

I really need some good sci-fi movies to watch, I like the weird or philosophical sci-fi movies. Does anybody know some good ones in these genres?

I really like movies like:

• 2010
• Dark City
• Primer
• Pi
• onepoint0
• a scanner darkly

yeah I'm downloading Stalker right now, the summary seems very promising. And I have seen the Solaris remake, but never the original. I'm going to watch it.

Ferngully was a pretty good original movie.

A lot of good ones already mentioned, but i have to second Logan's Run. Ive just always liked it for some reason, not really a classic though. Blade Runner, Brazil,Mad Max Trilogy (if it could be called sci-fi), AI, are all pretty decent.

I don't know what weird or philosophical means to you and I didn't watch any of the other movies you mentioned.

If it means a combination of Sci-Fi and Horror like in the movie Cube, than I recommend you these two superior movies:

- Alien

- Aliens (yes, it's the sequel to Alien)

My other three favorite Sci-Fi movies I recommend anyone who likes the genre to see:
